The International Security Risks online course can be accessed in two ways, either by starting single learning modules or by using the PfP Learning Management System powered by ILIAS (see below).

NB: The ISN does not issue certificates or diplomas for completed e-learning courses, nor does it provide tutoring for the online courses made accessible through its website.

Start single learning modules (without registration)

You may dive directly into the learning content by starting one of the ISR learning modules.

In order to start a learning module, click on its title. A new browser window will open, and you may begin. After completing the learning module, you may come back and choose another topic.

Take the course using the PfP Learning Management System powered by ILIAS (with registration)

Registration with the PfP Learning Management System (PfP LMS) powered by ILIAS gives you a considerable advantage: The system will track and store your progress, so if you interrupt the course you can come back to it at any time and continue where you left off, look at exercises you have previously completed, and read your personal notes.

The International Security Risks online course is designed for self-learning and can be started at any time.

  • To learn more about participating in courses using the PfP LMS, go to Registration Information.
  • If you are a registered user of the PfP LMS, please click here to access the course.
